From the 25th of February to the 4th of March, IMPRO Amsterdam 2023 will rock Amsterdam Noord with eight days of high-quality international Improvisational Theatre.

"The Hook" by Viper

(19:30 - 20:00 - Theaterzaal)

It's an exiting exploration on the dark side of humans, either villains or heroes, diving into their deepest feelings: love, anger, revenge, greed, etc. Through movement, stage fighting, imaginary objects and spaces, "The Hook" will take you throw a journey of emotions. Stage fighting set choreographies are part of the improvised stories that talk about social and political topics that touch our lives day by day.

"Grand Finale" directed by Gael Doorneweerd-Perry. Styles directed by Tanine Dunais, Billy Kissa, Raschid Daniel Sidgi, Felipe Ortiz

(20:15 - 22:00 - Theaterzaal)

Impro Amsterdam brings each year people from many places, with such diverse backgrounds, and with unique cultures. As the closing night of this 27th edition, we offer you a show bringing on stage four different genres inspired by four places in the world: Iran, Greece, Sudan and Colombia. The audience will get to pick which stories they want to see more of, and which stories will be brought to an end, in an extravaganza of improvised theatre with the entire IA Cast one last time on stage!
