When we're young we're fearless, we're inquisitive, we're uninhibited, we do whatever feels right in the moment. As we get older we lose that creative spark, believe everything has to have a constructive purpose and put aside those habits of youth. We lose that creative spark that doesn't overthink things, doesn't care what others are thinking, just live in the moment. In this workshop we'll rediscover that inner child and get to know them again.
